Cancellation Policy

Right of cancellation

You are entitled to withdraw from this contract without statement of reasons within fourteen days. The withdrawal period shall amount to fourteen days starting on the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the forwarder, assumed ownership of the products.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you have to inform us

unequivocal declaration (e.g. letter sent by post, fax or e-mail)

of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached sample withdrawal form; however, use of this form is not mandatory.
In order to reserve your right of cancellation, it is sufficient if you send the notice on exercising the right of cancellation prior to expiry of the withdrawal period.

Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we have to return any and all payments we received from you, including shipping costs (with the exception of any additional costs incurred due to you selecting a shipping method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), immediately and within no more than 14 days starting on the day on which we receive your withdrawal notification. We shall return the payment in the same form you selected for the original transaction, unless another method is expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be invoiced any fees for this reimbursement.

We will collect the goods.

You shall only be liable for any loss of value of the goods if the loss of value was caused by any handling not required for testing the characteristics, features or function of the goods.
